Agneta is approaching 50 and feels invisible to her husband and children. Seeking a fresh start, Agneta takes a job as an au pair in Provence, only to discover that the Einar she is supposed to look after is an elderly gay Swedish man. This tired and frustratingly formulaic Swedish comedy follows in the footsteps of A Good Year and Under the Tuscan Sun. Agneta is a fish out of water, Einar is an eccentric but tragic figure, the local French people are charming (although the rude Swedes constantly speak Swedish among themselves), and everything unfolds just as you'd expect.
