Paul Conroy, an American civilian contractor, wakes up buried in a box somewhere in Iraq. His Zippo is his only source of light and a mobile phone left by the captors is his only link to the outside world. This thriller never leaves its confined setting, yet it somehow manages to hold you in its claustrophobic grip for 90 minutes. The story is never dull, but it does stretch credibility to provide occasional cheap thrills. Ryan Reynolds is alone on screen and his excellent performance carries the film.
