Tova, an elderly widow who works as a cleaner at an aquarium, is desperate to find answers about the disappearance of her missing son. Meanwhile, a young troubled man named Cameron arrives in town searching for his biological father. This abysmal Netflix drama is based on Shelby Van Pelt's 2022 novel. It offers wholesome small-town American values in the style of Hallmark movies, along with laughable soap-opera twists. The entire story is obviously narrated by a giant Pacific octopus. The only thing worth recommending is Sally Field's likeable performance.
