19-year-old Tomek spies on his lonely neighbour, Magda, through a telescope. When he is found out, it brings unexpected emotional consequences for both of them. Like A Short Film About KIlling, this is an expanded episode of the Dekalog TV series. I am not convinced that this Rear Window-like scenario has anything to do with love, but Krzysztof Kieślowski delivers a surprisingly moving drama of obsession, longing, and loneliness.
