After an abusive and desperately lonely childhood, Doug has grown to a man who can only rely on his beloved pack of stray dogs. With their help, he plans to protect the weak and exact revenge on those who wronged him. Luc Besson's drama feels like a dumb origin story for a second rate comic book villain. Caleb Landry Jones gives a decent performance in the lead, but Besson's abysmal script is too silly to take seriously.
